The Eco-Club of the Department of Zoology and Youth Red Cross (YRC) successfully organized “World Ozone Day” an environmental awareness programme in commemoration of the signing of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987. The event aimed to educate students on ozone layer depletion, climate change, and their interconnected impacts on the environment.
Student participation was a core component of the programme. Reels & PPT presentation competitions were conducted as student engagement activities. Students expressed their creative skills in the form of reels and ppt presentation.
