The Department of Business Administration of JKKN College of Arts & Science (Autonomous) successfully organized the Unnati Foundation Program – “Career Connect 2025” on 13th August 2025 at 2:00 PM in Senthuraja Hall as part of the institution’s Golden Jubilee celebrations.
The program, conducted in association with the Unnati Foundation and Young Indians (CII), aimed at empowering employability skills among students through 90 hours of intensive training. The sessions focused on enhancing career readiness, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with resource persons Mr. Surya B, Mr. Daniel J, and Ms. Deepika G from the Unnati Foundation, Bangalore, delivering interactive and inspiring sessions filled with practical learning approaches and real-life insights.
Students participated with great enthusiasm, engaging in discussions and activities that boosted their confidence and prepared them to meet industry expectations.
The event was a remarkable success, creating a lasting impact by bridging the gap between academics and employability, while the department expressed sincere gratitude to the management, Unnati Foundation, Young Indians (CII), and the resource persons for their valuable support in making this initiative highly beneficial for the students.
