The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of JKKN College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), in collaboration with the Centre for Academic Excellence and Innovation in Learning Facilitation (CAILF), organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Micro Change for Macro Success” on 14th June 2025 at Senthuraja Hall.
The session began with an inspiring welcome address by Dr. M.P. Poongulale, Vice Principal, who emphasized the importance of continuous academic growth. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Krishnaveni A, Coordinator – Academic Excellence and Innovation, CAILF, who provided valuable insights into how small, deliberate changes in teaching methods and faculty mindset can lead to significant improvements in student engagement and institutional development.
The programme featured interactive discussions, practical strategies, and enthusiastic participation, leaving the faculty members motivated and better equipped to implement innovative practices in their classrooms. The event marked a significant step forward in the institution’s journey towards academic excellence.
