A Faculty Development Program on the topic “Understanding AI Acceleration: Trends and Tools” was organized on 15th July 2025 at 10:30 AM in the Brainstorming Room at JKKN College of Arts & Science.
The session was conducted as part of the institution’s commitment to continuous faculty enrichment and innovation in teaching methodologies. The expert speaker for the event was Mr. S. Ommsharravana, Managing Director of JKKN Institutions, who delivered a highly insightful presentation on the rapid developments in Artificial Intelligence, current trends, and cutting-edge tools driving AI acceleration.
He emphasized the growing relevance of AI across all disciplines and encouraged faculty members to integrate AI tools into their academic practices to enhance learning outcomes and stay aligned with future advancements. The program was conducted in collaboration with Young Indians (Yi), Bharat Rising, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Yi Learning, and Yi Entrepreneurship, supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 5: Gender Equality.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where faculty actively participated and appreciated the session’s clarity and practical value. Overall, the program served as an inspiring and knowledge-enriching experience for all participants.
