The Fine Arts Association Competitions 2025–2026 were successfully organized by the Fine Arts Association, J.K.K. Nataraja College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), from 08.12.2025 to 12.12.2025 at Senthurajaa Hall and in front of the Arts Block, between 10.00 AM and 4.00 PM. The program was conducted as an Inter-Department Cultural & Creativity Competition, with active participation from students of all departments.
A wide variety of events such as Rangoli, Mehandi, Pot Painting, Cooking Without Fire, Best from Waste, Show and Tell, Solo and Group Singing, Solo and Group Dance, Fashion Parade, Stand-Up Comedy, Music Around You, Vibe 2.0, and Reels – “Vetri Nichayam” were organized. These events provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their artistic, cultural, performance-based, and digital creative skills.
The competitions encouraged creativity, confidence, teamwork, and innovation among students while also promoting eco-friendly practices and digital literacy. Events like Best from Waste and Cooking Without Fire created awareness about sustainability and life skills, whereas digital events enhanced modern media and presentation skills.
The program was effectively coordinated by Dr. S. Gokila, Assistant Professor & Head, Commerce, and Mrs. U. Umarani, Assistant Professor & Head, BBA, with strong support from faculty members, student volunteers, and administrative staff. Publicity was carried out through notices, posters, and class announcements.
Overall, the Fine Arts Competitions 2025–2026 concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback, enriching campus cultural life and fostering holistic student development beyond academics.
