The Women Leadership Forum, held on 27th December 2024 at Senthuraja Hall, was an inspiring and impactful event attended by 300 enthusiastic students. The forum emphasized the importance of empowering women through leadership insights and celebrated their significant role in shaping the future. The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Ms. R.S. Madhulegha of II B.Com CA, followed by an eloquent presentation of the forum’s objectives by Dr. N. Latha, Head of the Department of Physics. A special address by Mr. Narayana Rao, COO, provided invaluable leadership insights, further enriching the event. The Chief Guest, Mrs. C. Vimala, Assistant Professor of Engineering and Technology (MBA), was honored with a shawl by Vice Principal, Dr. Poongulalae, and a memento by Mr. Narayana Rao. Ms. P. Dheepika, Assistant Professor of English, gave a heartfelt introduction to the Chief Guest, who delivered a powerful keynote speech, encouraging students to embrace leadership and become changemakers. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. S. Tamilmani of III B.Sc Physics, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, organizers, and participants. The forum left students motivated and equipped with insights to excel in leadership roles, making it a memorable and enriching experience for all.
